About This Project

Pro-Air upgraded the HVAC and Plumbing systems within the base building on 3 levels for future Food Hall/Retail space. HVAC system consisted of (2) Pollution Control units for the future kitchen hoods, WSHP’s, duct heaters, air curtains, split systems, electric heaters and replacing/upgrading the base building heat exchanger and (2) pumps located in the penthouse.

The plumbing system consisted of installing a new men’s & women’s gang restroom, 2 new single men’s & women’s restrooms, and installing a new grease interceptor and floor sinks for the future Food Hall kitchens.

During the build out we had to relocate 100’ of a 6” domestic water main for new structural steel with minimum impacts to the existing tenets in the building.  This line fed a 15 story building that housed retail, restaurants and apartments.

We also had to disassemble the new 7,000lb 7’x3’x10’ heat exchanger in order to get it in to the penthouse then reassemble it and relocate existing 12’ weld pipe in order to replace the existing heat exchanger.
