Safety

Pro-Air creates a positive safety culture on our projects by:

  • Being able to have the employees buy-in to our program and the goals that we want to achieve, that being ZERO incidents.
  • Positive reinforcement, citing the positive safe work habits during site inspections, not just the negative.
  • Continuing education and training when an employee is observed making a poor decision that does not follow our Safety Program or is against state/federal regulations we stop the employee and explain the potential outcome of their decisions and choices. Once you make the situation personal for the employee, it is our belief, that the employee will move safety to the front of their though process before choosing to make an unsafe decision.

All of our safety training is performed in-house. These regular training sessions included First Aid, CPR, OSHA 30 Hr., Forklift Use, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, and Self-Elevated Work Platforms.

By our crews working as a TEAM, we can be productive and safe for the reason that everyone looks out for one another. Also, by performing performance evaluations during the safety audits and correct any deficiencies that are observed so we can increase our safe work habits while working productively.
