As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Wengerd is responsible for all aspects of the accounting & finance for the Company including financial reporting, tax, insurance, bonding and banking. Prior to joining Pro-Air in 2022, Jeremy served as Senior Director – Tax and Special Projects at InSite Wireless, LLC.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting/French from Frostburg State University where he graduated magna cum laude and a LL.M. in Taxation from University of Baltimore School of Law where he also graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been admitted to the bar in the State of Maryland.
