Rich Baker began working in the mechanical industry in 2008 as a Project Engineer where he spent 6 years building some of the largest hospital projects in the region. In 2013 Mr. Baker joined the Pro Air team as a Project Manager. Since joining, his primary focus has been expanding our education division through leading K-12 projects. Mr. Baker strives to bring a high level of project detail, professionalism and customer focus to all of his work. He and his project team can execute a myriad of different school projects including smaller phased renovations, summer blitzes, service repairs, and large scale modernizations with contract values in excess of $15M. His focus on building strong relationships coupled with his collaborative team approach has helped build Pro Air into a sector leader in DC,VA and MD. Mr. Baker graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford. He also holds an OSHA 30 and several VRF Manufacturers Certifications.
