Complete HVAC and plumbing tenant fit-out for Baker Botts including their core restrooms, roof terrace and annex level on the 9th Floor. The fit-out spanned four total floors at 700 K Street, floors 9-12.
This project was a fast pace high end fit-out which was completed while the base building was still under active construction.
