About This Project

Three phased construction of cGMP validated production facility including the HVAC and Plumbing work in an existing core and shell building.

Included:

  • Construction of (10) GMP production suites, approximately 10,000 sq. ft. per suite.
  • Purchase and install of (15) new semi-custom AHU’s and associated piping and ductwork including steam humidifiers integral to each unit.
  • Installation of (17) packaged RTU’s with natural gas reheat.
  • Installation of (2) DOAS units with natural gas reheat.
  • Installation of (9) BAF (Stratification Fans) in new office area. Installation of New supply, return and exhaust ductwork for corridors, support spaces and cleanrooms.
  • Installation of (72) duct mounted reheat coils and associated controls.
  • Installation of a 3000-Ton water cooled modular chiller plant complete with cooling towers, pumps, piping, electrical panels, controls, water treatment, filtration, etc.
  • Installation of (50) exhaust fans for GMP areas and associated support spaces including associated ductwork and controls.
  • Purchase and install of (69) new 4-pipe FCU’s for general corridors, mechanical rooms and support spaces.
  • Installation of (24) supply/exhaust VAV boxes for QC Lab areas.
  • Installation of (4) separate VRF systems including a total of (62) ducted indoor FCU’s and associated refrigeration piping.
  • Installation of (6) 90 BHP modular vertical boilers with associated controls system and flue piping for HHW generation.
  • Installation of (1) 150 BHP modular steam boiler with associated controls system and flue piping, packaged chemical treatment, and condensate return system.
  • Installation of (1) steam-to-water heat exchanger.
  • Installation of (5) 15 HP vertical in-line pumps for Heating Hot Water system and (3) 30 HP vertical in-line pumps for Chilled Water system.
  • Installation of (33) safety shower units and associated safety shower piping fed from (2) Guardian packaged tempered water skids.
  • New sanitary waste and vent piping to accommodate new floor sinks, floor drains, laboratory scullery sinks and water heater installation.
  • Installation of underslab process drainage system consisting of Blucher SS pipe and fittings.
  • Installation of above grade process vent system consisting of CPVC piping.
