About This Project

HVAC & Plumbing tenant fit out of 1^st, 6^th, 7^th & 8^th floors. The mechanical system is comprised of Custom Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, VRF Systems, VAVs, and multiple Chillers.  Studio arrangement by AMA Consulting Engineers & Meridian Design.

400 N Capitol will serve as the new NBC Washington, DC Headquarters – hosting networks NBC, MSNBC, & CNBC, as well as longtime running shows like “Meet The Press,” with a true backdrop of Capitol Hill.
