Davis Polk was a completely new tenant build @ 1050 17 Street NW Washington, DC that included floors 8-12 with the addition of the 7th floor. The scope included both mechanical and plumbing scope with all ATC work by JCI under our umbrella. Mechanical work consisted of 98 new DOAS boxes with 18 of them being relocated, 5 CRAC units, 5 BTU meters and 2 separate water-cooled AC units. Plumbing included a variety of fixtures across all floors with a large kitchen/break area and 4 new Vivreau dispensers.
