Databank – Red Rum

Pro Air successfully completed the installation of a Glycol Chilled Water System at Databank IAD4 in Ashburn, VA. The system consists of 16” Carbon Steel Mains feeding (24) Rooftop Air Cooled Chillers. The system steps down inside the 2-Story 20MW Data Center to serve 66 CRAHs cooling the two datahalls along with 28 CRAHS cooling 14 Electrical Rooms and 4 CRAHS cooling 2 MMRs. Pro Air took great pride in completing this install capitalizing on the welding operations in their Pre-Fab Shop to optimize install time in the field.
