The AZ 9950 project involved the installation of comprehensive process piping and utility systems for AstraZeneca’s Autologous CAR-T facility in Rockville, Maryland. The scope included the supply, fabrication, and installation of process gas systems such as Cleaned Compressed Air and Carbon Dioxide, designed to meet stringent pharmaceutical quality and regulatory standards. In addition, the project covers the installation of a Liquid Nitrogen distribution system to support critical operations requiring cryogenic freezers. All associated plumbing systems were also installed, including domestic water, sanitary, and specialty drainage systems, ensuring full integration with the facility’s infrastructure. The work was executed with a strong emphasis on safety, system cleanliness, proper material handling, and compliance with FDA and industry standards, delivering reliable and efficient utility services to support critical round the clock services.
