USDA Wing 7 project encompass the modernization of approximately 250,000 square feet of space to update failing infrastructure. The project included the installation of major HVAC equipment, including , 1 screw chiller, 1 scroll chiller, 2 energy recovery units, 376 fan coil units, 8 HVAC pumps, 43 hot water panel radiators, 3 exhaust fans, and 3 ductless split systems.

In addition to the equipment installation, Pro-Air provided all associated heating and cooling piping, ductwork, controls coordination, and system integration. The scope also included the installation of complete plumbing infrastructure, including domestic water, sanitary, and storm drainage systems.

A significant portion of the pluming scope included the construction of 14 new restrooms and restoration and renovation of 14 historic restrooms.
