  • Steam system from Campus Steam Plant to building converters for Heating Hot Water to serve 305 VAV Boxes with Hot Water Reheat
  • 5 Rooftop Air Handlers with steam reheat, chilled water, and energy recovery
  • 22 Heat Load Reduction Units for filtering the return air on each AHU
  • Variable Centrifugal Chillers to produce chilled water and ice water
  • Ice Farm with 25 tanks producing ice for Chilled Water System
  • Cooling Tower for Centrifugal Chillers
  • Solid Separator System for Condenser Water
  • Ductless Split Systems for IDF, electrical closets, and elevator shafts
  • Atrium Exhaust Fans with smoke evacuation
  • Paint Booth Exhaust System with Exhaust Fan
  • General Exhaust Fans
  • Finned Tube Radiators at exterior storefronts and windows
  • Hot Water Convectors in Entry Vestibules
  • Hot Water Unit Heaters in Storage and Mechanical Rooms

Plumbing Design:

  • 7 Public Restrooms with 8 Lavatories and Water Closets per restroom.
  • 7 Staff Restrooms
  • Double-bowl stainless Sinks in 6 Classrooms with plaster traps for Art Classrooms
  • Emergency Eye washes in Lab classrooms
  • Solid Separator for Ceramics Studio Classroom
  • Natural Gas to 7 gas-fired kilns and drying booths
  • 2 Gas-fired high efficiency Domestic Water Heaters
  • Domestic Water Booster System
