- Steam system from Campus Steam Plant to building converters for Heating Hot Water to serve 305 VAV Boxes with Hot Water Reheat
- 5 Rooftop Air Handlers with steam reheat, chilled water, and energy recovery
- 22 Heat Load Reduction Units for filtering the return air on each AHU
- Variable Centrifugal Chillers to produce chilled water and ice water
- Ice Farm with 25 tanks producing ice for Chilled Water System
- Cooling Tower for Centrifugal Chillers
- Solid Separator System for Condenser Water
- Ductless Split Systems for IDF, electrical closets, and elevator shafts
- Atrium Exhaust Fans with smoke evacuation
- Paint Booth Exhaust System with Exhaust Fan
- General Exhaust Fans
- Finned Tube Radiators at exterior storefronts and windows
- Hot Water Convectors in Entry Vestibules
- Hot Water Unit Heaters in Storage and Mechanical Rooms
