About This Project

Complete HVAC and plumbing tenant fit-out for Paul Hastings including their lobby area on the first floor.  The fit-out spanned over four floors not including the lobby area.  Project was designed by LSM and engineered by Dewberry.  Mechanical install was a DOAS system and each floor had MDF/IDF closets which had critical schedule milestones for start-up.
