MacroGenics – cGMP Throughput Expansion Project

Interior renovation of existing cGMP validated laboratory facility including the HVAC and Plumbing work.

Purchase and install of new AHU-5 and associated piping and ductwork including RO/DI fed steam humidifier.
Installation of new HEPA filters and fan powered HEPA filter units for cleanroom spaces. New supply, return and exhaust ductwork for corridors, support spaces and cleanrooms.
Replacement of (2) existing roof top condensing units and associated refrigerant piping for existing indoor AHU’s.
Installation of new safety shower units and associated safety shower piping and master thermostatic mixing valve.
New sanitary waste and vent piping to accommodate new floor sinks, floor drains, laboratory scullery sinks and water heater installation.
Purchase and install of new ASME rated 200 Gallon domestic hot water heater and associated master mixing valve, piping, etc.
