Jones Day was a multi-phase, multi-floor tenant fit out located in downtown NW Washington, DC overlooking the capital. This project consisted of changing out over 450 VAVs, building BMS upgrade by Johnson Controls and bathroom renovations throughout. The B1 level – which was slab on grade – consisted of adding multiple new bathroom fixtures and shower rooms to accommodate Jones Day.
