Renovation of historic boat yard to support new brewing operations.

Work consisted of installation of various mechanical and plumbing systems including RTU’s, fans, heaters, refrigeration piping, sanitary waste and vent, domestic water systems, drains, plumbing fixtures and various sinks, hook-ups of miscellaneous brewing equipment.
