Gibson Dunn was our largest high end Law Firm to date. The project was located at 1700M Street NW Washington, DC and consisted of a total remodel of floors 7-12. This project consisted of both mechanical and plumbing scope, mechanical included 175 DOAS boxes, 3 WSHPs, 11 Exhaust fans with all control work being completed by Siemens under the Pro-Air contract. Plumbing was a complex package with all new domestic water and waste/vent along with 35+ slab penetrations to accommodate the new plumbing install. There were multiple new fixtures installed throughout all floors that included sinks, lavs, water fountains, multiple drain types, tank heaters, tankless heaters, new carriers, water closets and urinals.
