About This Project

Watkins is an out of the ground 4 -story white box fitted out for future Pharma/Lab space. The HVAC scope included new ductwork, RTUs, air curtains, electric heaters, fans, VRF system and FCUs. Plumbing consisted of a full underground piping system including acid waste, along with gang restrooms and water fountains on each floor and various drains throughout the building.
