Tool Manager

Pro-Air, Inc is currently seeking a Tool Manager.

As a Tool Manager, you will oversee all aspects of tooling, including tracking, storage, maintenance and repairs. 

Tool Management

  • Maintain a system for efficient tool retrieval, storage, and other logistics
  • Ensure the appropriate tooling is available for each step in the production process
  • Manage tooling budgets and expenditures

Tool Maintenance and Repair

  • Ensure proper maintenance and repair of tooling, fixtures, and special equipment
  • Define and maintain maintenance schedules
  • Implement maintenance and continuous improvement measures

Production Support

  • Oversee the execution of tooling fabrication, repair, and refurbishment
  • Coordinate with management, customers, production, and suppliers

Project Manager

Pro-Air, Inc is currently seeking Project Managers.

Project Manager Tasks:

  • Work collaboratively with multiple disciplines and departments
  • Develop and continuously monitor the overall project schedule including setting targets and milestones
  • Ability to communicate with the project executives and company ownership to relay overall project status
  • Monitor the overall project cost with a focus on identifying potential problems and communicating openly with our clients to ensure project success
  • Manage the cost change process including cost estimating, cost submission, and cost negotiation
  • Responsible for overseeing project safety ensuring our employees are conducting themselves within the company’s established policies and procedures
  • Implementing the company quality manual and enforcing any action item needed
  • Ability to manage multiple project team members including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Foreman.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal departments including BIM, Fabrication, Cx, Safety, and QC
  • Responsible for equipment and subcontractor selection including full scope reviews, pricing negotiations, and contract implementation throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Ability to understand the BIM coordination process and manage the team depending on the project requirements
  • Outside the box thinking and exceptional problem solving skills is a must
  • Optimistic outlook and positive attitude with ultimate goal of providing the best interactions possible for our clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some construction experience preferred, but not required
  • College degree preferred, but not required

Process Piping Project Manager

Pro-Air, Inc is currently seeking Process Piping Project Managers.

As a Process Piping Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to process piping systems, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scope

  • Develop and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues

Execution & Coordination

  • Oversee the execution of process piping projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
Budget & Resource Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources
  • Identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure projects meet required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits
Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support
  • Resolve conflicts and address team issues effectively
Problem Solving
  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges proactively
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure project success

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing process piping projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of process piping design, installation, and testing
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Assistant Project Manager

Pro-Air, Inc is currently seeking Assistant Project Managers.

Assistant Project Manager Tasks:

  • Work hand in hand with the Project Manager and provide the necessary support required for overall project goals
  • Oversee and implement document control for the projects including RFI’s, submittals, updating current drawing sets, permit applications, and as-builts.
  • Responsible for obtaining and placing purchase order agreements with various suppliers and subcontractors
  • Management of the project equipment release and delivery process
  • Maintaining project change order logs
  • Assist the project manager with cost estimating and change management controls
  • Interface and attend meetings with general contractors and clients
  • Developing positive relationships with clients, owners,  subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversee the project closeout documentation process and procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the entire project team
  • Ability to work with multiple disciplines and departments
