Colby joined Pro-Air in 2006 as a project engineer. During his time with the company, he has continued to grow professionally and taken on additional responsibilities to include leading the tenant/SPD division. In 2009 he received his LEED AP accreditation, furthering his credentials to LEEP AP BD + C in 2012. Colby has delivered some of the most notable high end tenant builds and law firms within the DC/VA area. These projects can range in size from a small office build-out to a 250K + square foot multi-story tenant space. Colby is also known as the “Company Catch-All”, jumping in to assist wherever and whenever he is needed.
