About This Project

Installation of HVAC and Plumbing systems to support ground-up 10-story hospital in downtown DC. Work included various mechanical and plumbing systems including, chilled water, heating hot water, refrigeration piping, supply, return and exhaust ductwork, sanitary waste and vent, domestic water, medical gas systems, temperature controls, air balancing, insulation, and rigging. Also included purchase of major mechanical equipment including air handlers, exhaust fans, VAV’s, FCU’s, heaters, plumbing fixtures, medical gas equipment, and chillers.
