Frank has over 40 years of experience in the Mechanical and Construction Industry. His experience with the HVAC and Plumbing Industry is primarily focused on Life Sciences, Biotech Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Hospitals, Higher Education and Large Central Utility Plants. Frank joined Pro Air in 2024 and is primarily responsible for pre-construction, estimating and project management for the Life Science Division. Frank has extensive experience in building systems analysis for energy savings paybacks and performance contracting. Frank received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University in 1985 and resides in Bethesda, MD.
